• Does Wizards for Word/Agent Wizard work with Word Perfect, Word Pad, or Open Office?

  No. Microsoft Word Only; however, there are easy solutions. Go to www.recipes4word.com/noword.htm
   

• Does Wizards for Word/Agent Wizard function with Microsoft Works?

  Certain versions of MS Works include Microsoft Word, while others include a low grade Works word processor. Wizards for Word and Agent Wizard will function ONLY with those versions that INCLUDE Microsoft WORD. They will NOT work with the low grade word processor. Go to www.recipes4word.com/noword.htm

• Do you have a Mac version of Wizards or Agent Wizard?

No.  Windows only. On some Macs, especially Intel based, you can purchase software, e.g., Parallels, VMWare, Leopard Boot Camp, etc. to allow a Mac to run Windows. You then must have a copy of Microsoft Windows installed AND a copy of Microsoft Word 2000, 2002, 2003, or 2007 installed. You can then install Wizard products. Versions of Word for Mac are NOT compatible. It must be one of the aforementioned versions of Word that are compatible with Windows.

• If I have a novel or article manuscript partially complete, can I use Wizards for Word?

Yes. Using the Repair Wizard, you can reformat your manuscript.  The other tools in Wizards for Word will be then available.

• How long does it take to download?

  About 5 minutes on dial up for products that don't include Citation Wizard. For products that include Citation Wizard, it will take 2 to 3 minutes on broadband and two to three HOURS on dial up.

• I'm having problems with PayPal.

PayPal processes millions of transactions daily. They are the largest Internet payment processor in the world; however, they have some quirky aspects. If you have an account with PayPal, and there are funds in the account, PayPal will not let you use a credit card to purchase. You must first use or deplete the cash in your account.
Nonetheless, they have a toll-free phone number and will help you resolve any problems: 1.888.221.1161. Call them if you're having problems.

If you contact us within 30 days at recipes4word.com/support.htm AND we can't resolve your problem to  your satisfaction, we will refund your purchase, less the cost of any CD shipping and handling. You must scrub all copies of the product from your computers by downloading and running a special uninstall routine that will issue a Return Material Authorization. You must return any CDs postage prepaid and insured.
